adds a context menu entry which allows to directly open the print dialog on images, without first having to open them in a seperate tab or window.

Usage:

1. visit a non restricted websites (addons.mozilla.org is restricted so you have to test it somewhere else)
2. right click on an image
3. in the context menu click on the "Print Image" entry

   This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
