Quickly import all urls inside a textfile into a bookmark folder

Usage:

1. click the toolbar button
2. in the dialog select the bookmark folder to import into
3. Then select a textfile which contains some urls

Notes:

1. Permissions:
   
   • bookmarks, to add the bookmarks
   This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
   If you think this could be improved please let me know by opening an issue and i will try to look into it.
