This project is a fork of the ChatGPT for Google extention which you can download at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/chatgpt-for-google/.
That project has been aqured as of 2023-02-20 according to their github page at https://github.com/wong2/chatgpt-google-extension.

This project aims to be a revival of the original FOSS project and adds some extra engine support like SearX and SearXNG.
We also plan on adding support for you to add your own search engines later down the road.

This extension now supports most domains for SearX(NG) from the official searx(ng) instance tracking website at https://searx.space/.
