`sensitive` means you only want to replace this exact casing with this exact casing. otherwise the extension will generate replacements for lowercase, uppercase and titlecase occurrences. (ie, `jake champion` becomes `vegan fuckwhat` while `Jake Champion` becomes `Vegan Fuckwhat`)
