Reddit All Comments Viewer

Adds a button to "Load all comments" on reddit.com

Reddit All Comments Viewer Secure is a slightly updated version of the Reddit All Comments Viewer by Abhijeet Rastogi. The original extension can be installed from: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/reddit-all-comments-viewe/djifpbcmaphjihhelcdeannijfelfnbh.

This Firefox version was cloned from Michal Turecki's Chrome version, located here:

All code belongs to Michal, and Abhijeet. I have only changed format for use in Firefox.

Michal Turecki Notes from Chrome version:
Secure version works fine after Reddit switched to all-encrypted communications (on 29th of June 2015). I kept the original load comments click delay of 2 seconds to play nice with Reddit servers.
